Reload
[Previous] [Main] [Next]

If you are working with documents that you open through a URL and these documents are dynamically created, you may occasionally wish to reload the document from the URL. This is what the Reload command lets you do.

You will find that you rarely need to use this command when working on documents that are accessed as files on your local hard disk or through a network file server, because XML Spy automatically monitors all open files from changes made by other programs (or people) and automatically prompts you to reload such a file, if you have checked the corresponding box on the File page of the Settings dialog.
